Hired by Global Operations leaders of an investment bank division to rationalize, structure and build a new global, prime brokerage business supporting five asset classes – equities, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, foreign exchange, and payments.

    • Developed value chain analysis, critical success factors and global competitive profiles  for proposed business, and individual product lines (asset classes).

  • Recruited and managed 15 staff members to gather, prioritize and synthesize and global financial, operational, and technology intelligence.
  • Championed need and sourced solution for understanding underlying fixed and variable costs to drive creation of P&L pro-formas.
  • Created business plan and strategy for entering a back-office third party in-sourcing business.
